The Bensaïd Reader

Party, Strategy, International: Writings 1970–1989

Strategies of Resistance (Resistance Books, 2026) and the forthcoming Politics as a Strategic Art (Haymarket Books) present Bensaïd's work on resistance to capitalism. This reader does the same for his writing on the party, on strategy and on the International: thirteen texts, about 86,000 words, none of them yet translated into English.

They come from Critique communiste, Quatrième Internationale and Inprecor, and were chosen for their use to the sections of the Fourth International today. Five also exist in Castilian, a sign that the sections were already reading them. Each title links to the work's page, where every version and the scan of the original can be found.
